Originally from a trade background, Chris Strong is an experienced project manager with extensive experience in engineering, design, property and construction. He has worked in the UK and overseas in many sectors of industry both public and private sector. Chris specialises in directing large-scale partnered procurement environments, where a grip on the key factors is essential to successful project-delivery.

 

Passionate about quality and project briefing, Chris believes in the power of Value Management. As a Value Manager, he has facilitated over a hundred workshops at different stages from project inception to implementation and handover. He focuses particularly on team dynamics and the need for effective communication. Chris is an experienced and in-demand business coach, working with some of the top-performing individuals and companies in the sector.

 

Chris is the Chairman of the South West Branch of the Institute of Value Management and is keen to develop the knowledge and use of VM in the region.
