Robert Blackadder is managing director of Cordelis Consulting Ltd, through which he provides value management and business development services. Robert is a chartered engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Management Institute.
He has fulfilled senior roles with WSP, Parsons Brinckerhoff, and Siemens, and has led the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas, including a number of value management studies. Robert has also served on national advisory groups for long term government planning & funding, and for innovation.
